ITVE Services collects only the contact details, project briefs, and transaction metadata necessary to deliver custom web development services, process Midtrans payments, and provision licensed digital product downloads.

2. Payment & Download Security

Payment credentials are processed directly by Midtrans using encrypted channels. Server keys are stored strictly in environment variables, and paid digital archives are stored outside the public web root with download audit logging.

3. Data Retention & Contact

Customers may request updates or deletion of their account profile at any time by contacting our studio team via the Contact page.
